Our main objective is to have the lowest “Carbon Footprint” in our sector, that is why we have warehouses in Asia, Europe and the United States.
Taxes
Depending on the country of delivery and the product purchased, the sales prices listed in the store may include taxes. We will inform you in the product description if it includes taxes and for which countries they are included.
Note: In some countries, you do not have to pay taxes upon receiving the order. If you have questions, you can check with your country’s customs.
Shipping costs
Sales prices do not include shipping costs. Depending on the country where the order must be delivered and the Warehouse from which we supply it, this will be the total cost of the Shipping Costs.
Once you place the order and enter the delivery address fields, shipping costs will automatically be added to your order total.
Delivery methods
All our deliveries will be a door to door service with local delivery companies. We are currently delivering orders with the following shipping agencies: DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS.
Order processing time
Packages in warehouse will be shipped within 1-2 business days once order payment is confirmed.
Order delivery time
If the product is in our warehouses in Europe or the United States: It normally takes 2-7 days (business days) to be delivered after being processed.
If the product is in our Asian warehouses: shipping time is approximately 10-15 business days after being processed.
Note: If, for any reason, your order were to be delayed longer than the dates provided in this Shipping Policy, we will notify you as soon as possible so that you can decide what to do with your order: Cancel it, Keep it or Change products.
We only ship on business days
All in-stock orders placed and/or processed on Saturday and/or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Total shipping time is = order processing time + order delivery time
