Performance awards are an opportunity that we offer to entrepreneurs who are most involved and work to keep them motivated and reward their efforts and achievements.

In the SANSA Group, We always try to recognize and reward high-performing entrepreneurs to boost their morale, enhance their professionalism, brand love and further encourage business spirit.

“Bonuses” Tab

The bonuses tab is where you will find all the prizes that are available and up for grabs.

There may be prizes such as:

• Total commission earned
• Total referred sales
• Total number of orders

And for the following dates:

• All the times
• Current week
• Current month
• Current year

It is also possible to find some other ways to reward a specific entrepreneur who meets certain requirements.

Frequency

There may also be frequencies of just one time or several times.

Action (Prizes / Rewards)

This is a sample of what we can offer our Entrepreneurs:

• Reward the entrepreneur with an unpaid commission: Financial Reward (hard cash) of a certain amount of “unpaid commission” bonus added directly to your balance available for payment.
• Reward Entrepreneur with Store Credit: Provide entrepreneurs with additional “store credit” added directly to their credit wallet, to use as a store discount.
• Establish new commission rates for the entrepreneur: We can also reward entrepreneurs by giving them better commission rates.
• Reward with free products: Coupon prizes can be created with a 100% discount.
• Gift coupons: Gift coupons can be created. A new “gift” coupon for that entrepreneur to use as a discount on future orders they make themselves.
• Others: We are always evolving and we will always be creating rewards and bonuses for our Entrepreneurs

View achievements and Awards

Entrepreneurs will be able to see all active awards and their level of achievement in the BONUSES tab of their entrepreneur panel.

Each bonus will be displayed with the reward details, along with a progress bar to show how close you are to receiving the reward, and if there is an expiration date, it will also show a countdown timer.
